GrubDudz creates our products based on the customer's order entry information. We will exchange items, though do not accept returns due to the specificity of the ordering process.
Details of product exchange:
- Customer must contact us by phone at 218-631-2938 or email at email@example.com within four days of receiving the item. The products are shipped with postage tracking.
- Tell us details of the issue or area of concern.
- Return postage is paid by you, the customer.
If you have questions or concerns regarding an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product for which you would like more information. We will respond quickly to address any questions you have with respect to your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Products are sent by United States Postal Service (USPS) as this is the least expensive method for weight-based shipping. A weight-based shipping estimate is included in the order placement details.
